📦 Digital Product Policy
All products available on AnimeCraft.Shop are digital files — no physical items will be shipped.
Once you complete your purchase, you receive instant access to your papercraft PDF files via:
• Direct download link after checkout
• A confirmation email containing your download link
Because digital products cannot be “returned,” we generally don’t offer refunds once a file has been downloaded.
💔 When Refunds Are Accepted
We will happily issue a refund or file replacement in these situations:
• The file you received is corrupted or incomplete
• You were charged twice by mistake
• You purchased the same item twice accidentally
• You did not receive your download link due to a technical issue
